For hygienic reasons, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on earring purchases as these items cannot be resold. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is for sanitary reasons to protect the health concerns of all my customers. It's very important to me that all of my customers can buy with confidence knowing that the earrings they purchase are brand new, have never been purchased previously, tried on or worn by anyone else.

Therefore, PLEASE BE DILIGENT to select the correct earring size before purchasing as I cannot accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings. Sizes are clearly stated in all my item descriptions.
